	Did I mention that it's summer now? I must have forgotten in all the excitement. World Cup. Australia is playing Japan right now. It seems like every Japanese player is a foot shorter than the Australians; they just bounce off the Australian guys. I hope everyone is doing well. Have a nice day!

Hey Mary...sorry I couldn't go yesterday...the car wasn't ready to be picked up...and then my dad left and wouldn't take me to Katie's...and I didn't want to call because I didn't want to inturupt the USA game...blah! Sorry...but I do get my car today...so maybe we can do something soon? Hope you're enjoying the world cup....talk to ya later?

yeah thsoe are a bit more inside joke-ish than what i usually do, though the fourth one isnt in any way an inside joke. Maybe you're just digging a little too deep for the joke?
